原標(biāo)題：中國銀保監(jiān)會2019年度公務(wù)員錄用考試專業(yè)科目筆試考試大綱

報考中國銀行保險監(jiān)督管理委員會(以下簡稱“中國銀保監(jiān)會”)的考生于2018年12月1日下午參加專業(yè)科目筆試。考試地點設(shè)在全國各省會城市。為便于考生了解、準(zhǔn)備和參加專業(yè)科目筆試，現(xiàn)將考試大綱公布如下，供參考。

一、職位類別

根據(jù)考錄工作安排，中國銀保監(jiān)會2019年度公務(wù)員錄用考試的全部職位列為銀保監(jiān)會特殊專業(yè)職位。報考中國銀保監(jiān)會的考生須按照“銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類、銀保監(jiān)財會類、銀保監(jiān)法律類、銀保監(jiān)計算機類、銀保監(jiān)綜合類”五類職位報考。請考生務(wù)必牢記自己所報考職位的類別，按照相應(yīng)類別答題，在答題卡“職位類別”一欄正確選擇填涂。

二、試題題型

全部試題均為客觀題，采用選擇題的方式(單項選擇題或多項選擇題)。考生須在答題卡中填涂答題，在試卷中答題視為無效。

三、分值比例

專業(yè)筆試滿分100分，主要考查所報考職位應(yīng)當(dāng)具備的經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識、相關(guān)專業(yè)知識和英語水平。經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識占比10%，專業(yè)知識占比80%，英語占比10%。

四、考試內(nèi)容

考生應(yīng)掌握經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識，及所報考職位類別重點測查的專業(yè)知識，并具備良好的知識運用能力。

(一)銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類考試側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟金融知識，包括宏觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、微觀經(jīng)濟學(xué)、貨幣銀行學(xué)、商業(yè)銀行業(yè)務(wù)與經(jīng)營知識、金融監(jiān)管理論與實踐、國際金融學(xué)、保險學(xué)等;

(二)銀保監(jiān)財會類考試側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的財務(wù)管理及會計核算等知識，包括會計基礎(chǔ)知識、會計準(zhǔn)則及其實務(wù)應(yīng)用、財務(wù)管理及管理會計相關(guān)知識、審計相關(guān)知識等;

(三)銀保監(jiān)法律類考試側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的法律知識，包括法學(xué)基本理論、憲法、行政法、民商法、經(jīng)濟法、刑法、國際法等;

(四)銀保監(jiān)計算機類考試側(cè)重考察信息技術(shù)理論與實務(wù)，包括信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、軟件工程與項目管理、數(shù)據(jù)庫與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘分析、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)及應(yīng)用、信息安全及信息科技風(fēng)險管理等;

(五)銀保監(jiān)綜合類考試側(cè)重考察與銀行保險監(jiān)管相關(guān)的經(jīng)濟金融知識和統(tǒng)計學(xué)、管理學(xué)、語言文學(xué)等學(xué)科知識。

五、其他事項

(一)試卷裝訂。“銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類、銀保監(jiān)財會類、銀保監(jiān)法律類、銀保監(jiān)計算機類、銀保監(jiān)綜合類”五類職位的筆試試卷將按序排列，合訂成一本。請考生務(wù)必按照自己所報考職位類別選擇正確的部分試題作答。

(二)考試時間。考試時間為2018年12月1日14:00-16:00，共120分鐘。

六、試題題型(以銀保監(jiān)財經(jīng)類試題為例，其他類別試卷題型結(jié)構(gòu)相同)

(一)經(jīng)濟金融基礎(chǔ)知識單項選擇題：每題0.5分，共20題，計10分。在每題給出的四個選項中，只有一項是符合題目要求的。

There is much discussion today about whether economic growth is desirable. At an earlier period, our desire for material wealth may have been justified. Now, however, this desire for more than we need is causing serious problems. Even though we have good intentions, we may be producing too much, too fast.

Those who criticize economic growth argue that we must slow down. They believe that the society is approaching certain limits on growth. These include the fixed supply of natural resources, the possible negative effects of industry on the natural environment, and the continuing increase in the world’s population.
